JIM MILLER | LEAD PASTOR
Jim has been serving in professional ministry, non-profit management, and teaching for twenty years. He has a D.Min. from Fuller Seminary, an M.Div. from Princeton Seminary, and a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, and he has taught at Fuller Seminary, Horizon University, and Hawaii Theological Seminary. He is the author of Hardwired (Abingdon Press), It’s Like This, and Jesus is not King. Jim is married to Yolanda and is father of two.
ANTHONY PRINCE | EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Anthony is a husband, dad, and pastor - in that order. He is a graduate of Fuller Seminary, and has been in pastoral ministry for over two decades. As a consultant & ministry coach, Anthony specializes in helping congregations across the US develop church-wide strategic planning, build sustainable ministries, and create multi-site solutions to better reach their communities. He is married to Christine and together they have three children.
BONNI CARR | OFFICE DIRECTOR
Bonni is a graduate of the University of Redlands with a degree in Business Administration and completed the Leadership Management certificate program at Duke University. Bonni retired from the telecommunications industry before joining the team at Real Life. She has a passion for serving the community and has been involved with leading and serving on short-term mission projects for over a decade.

JOE KIM | ASSOCIATE PASTOR, STUDENT MINISTRY
Joseph (Joe) Kim has a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary (2015) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC, Riverside. Joe grew up at Young Nak Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles. He served at Podowon Baptist Church (Carson, CA) as a youth pastor for 2 years and then to All Nations Church (Sunland, CA) for a little over 4 years before being on staff at Pacific Crossroads Church (Santa Monica, CA).
Joe was born in Seoul, Korea but grew up in L.A. county. He is married to his wife, Jennifer, and they love to travel and eat all kinds of amazing foods. They also like to golf, watch shows and movies, and shop at Target.
ZACH RUDULPH | CREATIVE ARTS DIRECTOR
Zach Rudulph hails from the Bay Area of Northern California but now calls Los Angeles home with his wife and children. For the better part of the last decade, Zach has steadily traveled with platinum recording artist Andy Grammer acting as his musical director, bassist, and background vocalist. When not on the road or at church, he produces other musical acts, records bass tracks out of his studio, and taps into his passion for songwriting and music production.
STACI TRAVISANO | CHILDREN’S MINISTRY & GROUPS DIRECTOR
Staci has been serving with and leading teams in children's ministry for over a decade. She has been a conference speaker and presenter with Group Publishing and is an active community advocate for children's education. Staci believes in equipping middle school and high school students through service as they journey towards becoming who God created them to be. Staci is married to Mark and they are parents to Madisyn, Jacob, and Allisyn.
KATHARINE WANG | VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Katharine has over a decade of experience in legal and compliance roles in the banking, Fintech, and cross-border transaction sectors, serving law firms and international banks. She holds a Master of Law from UC Davis School of Law, as well as a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Her passion for Christianity inspires her dedication to volunteer activities.

WENDI FERRONATO
Wendi Ferronato is an elementary school principal and has been a member of Real Life since it started. She lives locally with her husband and has three grown children whom she loves spending time with. Her passion is for families and how to best serve them in today's world.
BALDWIN LOPEZ
Baldwin Lopez is a Real Estate agent for Keller Williams. His mission in life is to be used by God wherever he is, and wherever he is needed. He has attended Real Life since the second week they met, and is committed to the Lord and His purpose. He has been married 40 years, has two sons, two daughters in-law, and five grandchildren, who he believes to be future world changers.
JOSH MORRIS
Josh is a professor and associate dean at a local university. He has a background in developmental biology and genetics and is currently focused on developing university curriculum that effectively meets the needs of students. He has been married to his wife, Lauren for nearly 20 years and the have two children. Josh enjoys being outdoors and helping with youth ministry.
RAYA SANDJAJA
Raya was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. He relocated to the US for college and later earned US citizenship. Currently, Raya is employed in the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Walt Disney Imagineering, overseeing Data Strategy and Ops Finance for various WDI studios. Raya currently serves as the elder representative on our church’s Finance Team. He has been married for 20 years and has two children.
